Ham Pot Pie by Jen

Ingredients:
• 1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
• 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
• 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup Original Bisquick
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg


Assembly:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased 9" pie plate.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Freezer Friends:
Thaw, Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. I did 1.5 times this recipe just to be sure it would be enough to feed your family on a cold winter night! Enjoy!

  1. Yummy! We all loved it! Something different. After we had started cleaning up, our most picky eater asked if he could get his bowl back out of the sink to get another helping. That my friend, is a huge compliment!!!

  3. We all liked how the Bisquick cooked up but weren't a fan of the mixed veggies in the dish. But I'm intrigued with what else can be cooked up in Bisquick!! :)
