  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc freezer bag. Add chicken breasts and freeze flat.

  1. I thawed this for several days in the fridge before grilling and I think it may have affected the flavor. It tasted very much like Skyline Chili chicken. I didn't mind that, but my kids weren't fans. It would have been wonderful if the meat came already trimmed and cut into individual portions. It added a step for us to have to prepare it for the grill.
