Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
Assembly:
Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc freezer bag. Add chicken breasts and freeze flat.

- Thaw. Heat oven to 425°F. Bake chicken in a shallow baking dish for 10 minutes, flip over, then bake for another 10-20 minutes or until done.
I thawed this for several days in the fridge before grilling and I think it may have affected the flavor. It tasted very much like Skyline Chili chicken. I didn't mind that, but my kids weren't fans. It would have been wonderful if the meat came already trimmed and cut into individual portions. It added a step for us to have to prepare it for the grill.
