This recipe makes enough for 1-1/5 servings. I only make this recipe 5 times to get 6 dinners.
I just found your blog tonight and boy am I glad! I have been doing freezer meals on my own for quite some time. I've been too scared about doing a group exchange, so I'm excited to learn more about how you do it. Feel free to go to my site Freezerdinner.com for some new freezer meal recipes to try. I'm excited to try yours. I will link your website to my latest post. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGood meal Wendy!
ReplyDeleteThe kids enjoyed this one again!
ReplyDeleteAlways a Winter favorite at our house. Even our picky eater at it the first night we had it. Very tasty and plenty of it for leftovers.
ReplyDeleteGreat meal. Everyone in our family enjoyed it with plenty left over, too. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI am new to your site. Your recipe says it makes 1 1/5 servings. Does that simply mean you have some shells/filling left over? We will soon be having 6 people in our home. Will one pan be enough for us?
ReplyDeleteJust found this comment. All of the recipes on our site feed 6 adults. One pan will be more than enough!
DeleteIs there something to substitute in for the mayo? Picky eaters = no mayo in my house. On another note - my sister, a friend, and I are going to try our first freezer meal get-together this weekend. I have found so many recipes on your site that I don't know which to choose!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry for the late response. Just found this comment. Although I have not personally tried a mayo substitute, sour cream and plain yogurt are known substitutes and should work. Let us know how it turns out if you try it.
