Chicken Noodle Casserole by Katie

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast-baked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
16 oz. bag of egg noodles-cooked

Assembly:
Mix all ingredients. Place in Freezer bag. Freeze.

Serving Day:
Thaw. Place into baking dish. Stir to mix ingredients up. Crumble potato chips and put on top of mixture. Put shredded cheddar cheese on top of potato chip layer.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

  1. This had good flavor, but the noodles were mushy and it was not creamy. I think it would be good as a freezer meal if you boil the noodles for less time and maybe add 1 cup of milk instead of 1/2. Not sure, just a thought. Thanks for making it!

  2. We enjoyed this meal. We ate it the day after we received it. The noodles weren't mushy at all. I actually poured it into a 9x13 baking dish and added 1 cup of water so the noodles wouldn't dry out when baking it. We think the next time we make it we would mix the cheese and chips into the casserole instead of adding it on top. Loved it. Make it again.

  3. We thought this meal was fun with the potatoe chips added!!! A tad bland...I would just add a bit of flavor when I bake for us next time...because everyone really liked it! Thank you for a delicious meal.

  6. This was just an ok meal. The noodles were a little mushy and it was a little bland. Maybe egg noodles don't freeze very well?
