  2. I know that I am not a part of your group, but I have been in numerous freezer groups over the years. I live in Las Vegas... so with the high influx of people that come and even GO it has been hard to keep a steady group. Most of my former group members have since moved out of state. But our blog for the last two groups is still in use. My new group just took it over.
Our current group has 6 ladies who each make 2 different meals- a chicken dish and a beef dish and make 6 of each. We swap monthly at my home and we have 'rules'. Anyway... I wanted to share my favorite meal group meal of all time. I hope it fits. It is:
    Sarah's Vegetarian Lasagna

    Vegetable Lasagna
    Sarah Jones

    10 oz. chopped broccoli
    bell pepper, chopped
    2-3 carrots, chopped
    small onion, chopped
    2 can broccoli cheese soup
    1 can cheese soup
    1 cup milk
    ½ c. parmesan cheese
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella

1.Cook veggies in a bit of water until tender
2.Combine soups, milk and parmesan cheese in bowl
3.Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
    4.Layer as follows:

a.Bit of soup mixture on bottom
    b.Noodles
    c.Soup mixture
    d.Cheese
    e.Veggies
    f.Repeat B-E for a total of 3 layers

5.Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (covered in foil). Uncover, and bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 8-10.

  5. Thanks so much for your great comments - can't wait to check out your freezer cooking site!

My family's favorite meal has been the stromboli - in any way, shape, or form.

My personal favorite dish has been Jen's "Cheesy Beef Spirals" - it was AMAZING! Now I almost always add cheese to my spaghetti sauce even if I don't have the rest of her ingredients. Make that again soon, Jen! :)
